The rice milling and rice processing industry in the green area of the north of the country requires the use of stable and engineered electrical equipment so that the process of turning paddy into white rice can be carried out without unwanted stops and with maximum efficiency. The design and assembly of electrical panels for rice milling and rice mills in the north requires a detailed knowledge of the humid climatic conditions of Mazandaran, Gilan, and Golestan, as well as an understanding of the mechanical behavior and electrical loads of heavy peeling, separating, bleaching, elevator, and sorting engines. As a pioneer group in the manufacture of distribution and control panels, Rital Nashli electrical panel construction offers systems that, while resisting high humidity and suspended particles of bran, ensure the complete safety of facilities and machinery in busy working seasons.
The strategic importance of electrical and automation systems in modern rice mills
Modern rice processing factories in the north of Iran operate around the clock during the tight time frames of the harvest season, and any disruption in the electrical current distribution network will stop the production chain, spoil the drying product, and impose heavy financial losses on the factory owners. The process of peeling, sieving, polishing and transferring rice is highly continuous, in such a way that the failure of even one electric motor in the elevator section can lead to the accumulation of load in the previous devices and serious damage to the equipment. With the knowledge of this interconnected chain, Rital Neshli electrical panel construction designs and implements the electrical panel assembly of rice mills and rice mills in the north in accordance with the global standard patterns and local considerations of the industrial lines of the north. With the establishment of a standard panel, in addition to preventing the heating of the wiring and the occurrence of fire in the bran-prone environment, the electric current is provided to all mechanical parts with complete stability.
The main parts and engineering structure of the electrical panel of rice milling factory
A rice processing plant includes several separate operational stages, each part requiring power supply with its own special control characteristics. Rittal Nashli switchboard integrates all these requirements in the form of power distribution systems, motor control panels (MCC) and intelligent control panels. In the design and assembly of the electrical panel of rice mills and rice mills in the north, the following key parts are installed to maintain the balance of the network and the stability of the operation:
Main input and automatic power distribution switches
The input section of the switchboard is responsible for receiving the main current from the transformer and distributing it safely among different consumers. In this section, automatic air circuit breakers (ACB) or compact circuit breakers (MCCB) with high breaking power are used so that in the event of a short circuit on an extreme scale, the circuit is cut off in a fraction of a second and no damage is caused to the factory body or processing machinery. Copper busbars with tin coating and fireproof thermal insulators are designed according to the amperage of the entire line and restrained at engineered intervals.
Engine control center (MCC) and launch systems
Shalikobis are equipped with dozens of electric motors with different powers, which are responsible for rotating bleaching stones, peeling rubber rolls, and air blowers. Using variable frequency drives (VFD) and high-quality inverters and industrial soft starters, Rittal Nashli electrical switchgear brings the mechanical shocks caused by the direct start of high-power motors to zero. Controlling the speed of bleaching electric motors with an inverter makes the crushing of rice to a minimum and the percentage of healthy rice output is significantly improved, a fundamental advantage that directly increases the economic value of the output product for the owner of the paddy field.
Automatic capacitor bank to correct the power factor
Many electric motors impose a very high self-load on the factory's power grid during the rice harvesting season, which results in severe voltage drop and high electricity fines. Rittal Nashli electrical panel construction keeps the power factor (cosine phi) of the system within the standard range by assembling smart microprocessor regulators and high-quality dry gas capacitors inside the capacitor panel. The design and assembly of electrical panels for rice milling and rice mills in the north along with an efficient capacitor bank, refines the useless current of the lines, keeps the cables cool and greatly reduces the subscription costs of the electricity bill.
Process control and monitoring system with PLC and HMI
In traditional systems, operators had to go to local keys to control each device separately, which increased human error and wasted time. Today, programmable logic controllers (PLC) and color touch screens (HMI) are used in the design and assembly of electrical panels of rice mills and rice mills in the north. Rittal Nashli electrical switchboard makes it possible to program the start-up sequence of the machines based on Shalikobi logic in an interlocked manner; For example, until the output conveyor or elevator is turned on, the upstream peeler will not start unloading to avoid blocking the rice flow path.
The exclusive benefits of Rital Nashli's electrical switchboard services for industrial units in the north
Choosing a committed and expert manufacturer in the manufacture of electrical panels is the most important step in the stabilization of investment in the food industry. Relying on years of experience in numerous industrial projects in the northern provinces and mastering the international standards of IEC, Rital Nashli electrical panel construction offers systems that are superior in all technical and economic dimensions:
Integrity in the use of original European parts and globally approved brands has caused the production boards of this collection not to get locked or burnt contacts in harsh conditions of bran dust. All the equipment used in Rital Nashli switchboards are subjected to detailed voltage drop and insulation resistance tests.
Modular design and separation of the input and output cabling space in the design and assembly of the electrical panel of rice mills and rice mills in the north makes the repair process and annual services to be done in the shortest time. Factory technicians will be able to troubleshoot lines without confusion and relying on numbered wiring and detailed technical drawings.
Fast support in the harvest season is one of the special characteristics of Rital Nashli's electrical panel construction. Due to the continuous presence in the agricultural and industrial centers of the North, fault diagnosis, calibration and upgrade services of power lines are available to Shalikobi production units as soon as possible.
Key principles in wiring, electrical protection and overcurrent protection
Protection of expensive electric motors of rice mills requires sensitive and reactive circuits. In the condition that the motor is stuck under the heavy load of paddy with impurity, the passing current will jump greatly and if the circuit is not designed correctly, the motor winding will burn in a few seconds. Rital Nashli switchboard construction uses precision thermal-magnetic switches (MPCB) and micro-controlled phase and current control relays in the design and assembly of electrical switchboards for rice mills and rice mills in the north.
Complying with ground connection standards (earthing system) and using lightning arresters and surge arresters (Surge Arrester) protects the sensitive electronic parts of sorters and closed-line computers against overvoltages caused by autumn thunderstorms in the north. Fireproof wires with silicone insulation, fireproof grooved ducts and distribution bars with high conductivity capacity guarantee the fact that no heat leakage occurs inside the box.
Optimizing electricity consumption and reducing mechanical wear and tear of rice milling machines
A rice mill without efficient electrical control is constantly exposed to mechanical shocks. The initial shock during the start of the belts and gears accelerates the wear of the bearings and causes physical damage to the bearings. By designing and assembling the electrical panel of the rice milling and rice milling factories in the north, equipped with engine speed control, the startup speed is set with a gentle slope (Soft Start) and sudden pressure is not applied to the mechanical parts of the machines.
Rital Neshli electrical paneling measures the load consumption and calibrates the energy consumption based on optimal efficiency by analyzing the rated power of each device. This action will prevent the factory from breaking breakers at the peak of consumption, and the heavy costs of continuous repairs of gearboxes and frequent replacement of belts will be removed from the shoulders of the managers. The use of Rital Nashli's standard electrical switchboard equipment also minimizes the heat loss of the cables, which in turn leads to a reduction in the voltage drop in the long lines of the factory.
Engineering steps from the initial assessment to the final installation of the switchboard
The process of delivering a powerful and fault-free electrical system in the northern rice mills includes documented steps that are implemented by Rittal Nashli switchboards with high engineering obsession:
First, the technical experts prepare a detailed map of the installation of elevators, sieves, bleachers and laser sorting devices by visiting the production hall and rice storage warehouses and calculate the distance of the cables. At this stage, the power specifications, power factor and starting current of each machine are collected.
Then, single line diagrams and component placement maps are drawn in specialized electrical software and analyzed based on international standards. In the design and assembly of the electrical panel of rice mills and rice mills in the north, load distribution calculations, checking short circuit and the thermal capacity of the tires are the basis for the selection of breakers and busbars.
At the stage of assembly, chassis, industrial stainless painting, precise cutting of sheets and standard arrangement of parts on resistant rails are done. The wiring is arranged in such a way that the path of the power flow is completely isolated from the path of the signaling cables and sensors so that the induced noise does not affect the performance of the control systems.
After the end of production, quality control tests including protective conductor continuity test, insulation breakdown voltage test, mechanical test of switches and functional test of relay logic are performed in the presence of quality supervisors. In the final step, Rital Nashli's electrical switchboard specialists will successfully operate the switchboard by being present at the site, installing, testing under load, and perfect start-up.
Future research and implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the electricity of Shalikobis in the north
The movement of modern agriculture towards intelligentization has also pushed the rice mills to its remote feet. The modern systems of electrical panel design and assembly of rice milling and rice milling factories in the north provide managers with the possibility to view all voltage, ampere, motor temperature and line performance data on mobile phones or office monitors in real time through Modbus or industrial protocols on the network. Rital Neshli electrical switchboard has provided communication platforms in its structures so that Shalikobi lines can receive accurate reports of energy consumption and preventive warnings for periodic service at the lowest cost in the future. This data-oriented approach eliminates the possibility of sudden failure on busy working days and improves the financial and technical management of the factory.
